Join the City of Santa Monica, Public Landscape Division, in celebrating Arbor Day 2026 as we plant trees in Joslyn Park on Thursday April 30th, 2026 from 9am-12pm. Come get your hands dirty and help us plant a variety of species in Joslyn Park and learn what the proper procedures and standard of care for tree planting is.
What to Bring to Volunteer: • Closed-toed shoes • Clothes you don’t mind getting dirty in • Please bring your own refillable water bottle. • Recommended: Gardening-type gloves. We will have a limited number available to borrow.
